It's a wrap! Working in conjunction with Mosaic Sales Solutions, we just completed designing and manufacturing an experiential marketing campaign for the Kokanee Beer Company to be held at the Kokanee Crankworx's at Whistler, B.C July 15 - 25, 2011.

About Crankworx:
During Whistler, BC's 10-day Kokanee Crankworx festival, the dirt-adorned put the revel in the free ride mountain biking revolution, bending physics and blowing minds with their tail-whipping back-flipping hard-charging ways. Gupified: Series One! A short time ago, Nick Tay, Co-Owner of the Gup Gups, a designer vinyl toy company approached Pipeline Creative and asked us to customize two of their 15 inch large Gup Gups for display and promotional purposes. Supplied with a blank "canvas", lead Pipeline Artist, Keith Lau took on the challenge of the first Gup to design and put a unique spin to the DIY (Do-it-yourself) vinyl culture. The result is a Steampunk themed Droid.

Look for Pipeline’s second Gup titled, Gupified: Series Two by Howard Lau, Pipeline lead artist to be released in the near future. In the meantime, watch for the Steampunk Droid to make the rounds at various Gup Gup shows and vinyl community websites. For further information on the Gup Gups, please visit their website.

Working in conjunction with Art Director, Richard Simpson of Freeworld Concepts, we were enlisted to design and manufacture two 8ft x 8.5ft fossilized wall panels for the Princeton Museum. Finishing by Freeworld Concepts.

Thanks everyone who dropped by our booth at the Richmond Winterfest Weekend hosted at the Richmond Olympic Oval. We had a fantastic time and received a very positive response.

With over 12,000 visitors enjoying the festivities with displays, entertainment, food and fun during the anniversary of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games, it was truly a memorable experience. Big shout out to the event organizers and the City of Richmond for putting it all together.

This our 4th Eikowada catalogue shoot was particularly memorable having to shoot all the different looks and locations in one day in the middle of October. We had an amazing time art directing and project managing with photography by Sterling Lorence and make-up/ hair styling by Jenna Zedel. We had fun creating a specialty display for the City of Richmond's Second Annual Winter Festival of the Arts shOPART held during 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics (Feb.1- March 15, 2010).

The objective was to engage and encourage viewers to interact with the display without supervision (e.g. giving it hugs, making high fives, etc). The temporary display was made from a combination of Styrene plastics, fleece and vinyl fabrics, which added to a user’s tactile experience.

These were the several concepts proposed.

In Vancouver, hockey has definitely have been a big part growing up as we’re big hockey enthusiasts. Having said that, our studio wanted to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the modern goalie mask on Nov. 1, 2009. We developed a papercraft replica masks celebrating the most beloved masks donned by netminder greats.

Pipeline Creative takes on Kleenex® Brand. Collaborating with SMAK, one of Canada's top guerrilla marketing agencies, we designed the packs/ dispensers in house and our Modelshop Division fabricated the 18 "Sniffle Squad" Ghost Buster-like packs for the launch of the new Kleenex Anti-Viral Tissue.

The Canadian National Tour took place during the peak of the cold and flu season, reaching the family-centered target markets at the most popular winter special events and locations. Through a unique sampling campaign, the new product landed into the hands of hundreds of thousands of Canadians. The equipment had to with stand sub-zero conditions and action; including hitting the scopes of Whistler Mountain during the campaign schedule. Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
